Purchasing Policy

Order / Sales Policy:

Goods delivered to customers remain the property of the seller until the full invoiced amount of the goods has been received by the seller.

This means Orders will not be delivered until payment has been confirmed.

All sales of products are final.

Prices for products offered by the Services may change at any time.Orders placed after 7:00pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Orders placed after 6:00 pm Lebanon Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.

Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.

After you submit your order, you will receive an email reviewing the items in your order within 48 hours. Please note that once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason.

Shipping / Delivery Policy:

When do we deliver?

Orders will be delivered any time during the day between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (No Fixed Time for delivery). 

Orders made from outside the Lebanon are subject to extra shipping charges. This requires the C3 Sisters Shop team a minimum of two days to check those charges with local forwarders and to get back to the customer.

Delivery Date: 2-3 Business days after order processing for available stock. Unavailable stock requires at least an average of 4 to 6 weeks. Customized orders fall under unavailable stock. For shipments to countries outside Lebanon, delivery date requires an additional time. this will be communicated in one to one email. 

Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so someone needs to be there to sign for the package.

Refund Policy:

Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return.

Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days after Delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original package.
  • Items must include original receipt, invoice.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.

Faulty products (fault caused by manufacturing reasons and not by the customer), are subject for replacement and or return. Some items once sold cannot be returned or replaced if used.

C3 Sisters Shop tries it’s best to update all its information as much as possible, however because of the nature of some information those errors are difficult to avoid.If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order.
