How long does it take to process an order?

In general, an order will be placed within 1-2 working days.

For the custom-made items, it may take around 4-7 working days to finalize your order before shipping it. The C³ Sisters Shop will send you the product design via email to get the final approval before proceeding with the execution.

An order of unavailable items may require around 4 weeks.

After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email to review your order within 48 hours. Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason.


  • Local orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days, between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  (There is no fixed time for delivery). The shipment is subject to delivery charges of 55,000 LBP. Customer signature is required upon delivery.
  • International orders are subject to extra shipping charges, calculated based on the product category, weight, and final destination. The delivery time is calculated based on the final destination.
  • An order may need 2 working days to be processed.
  • All the relevant information will be communicated through email.

Refund Policy:

We accept refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Although customer should send us an email mentioning the reason of the refund with the relevant photos.

This returned item should:

  • be new, unused, and in its original package
  • include original receipt and invoice

We do not provide refunds for custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt where we will replace the item at no cost.

What are the shipment expenses in case of return?

  • If the reason for the return is a defect (error in the model, color or similar). We will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses. You can ask for a product replacement, in that case, you will need to send back the purchased item in its original packaging, and we will send you a new item. The delivery expenses will be covered by the C3 Sisters Shop.
  • If the reason for the return is not the responsibility of the C3 Sisters Shop, the delivery expenses will be covered by the customer.
